IDC have recently been contracted by a new client to provide an architectural & MEP record model for a pharmaceutical plant, utilizing a detailed point cloud 3D scan. The facility includes specialist areas such as cleanrooms and aseptic compound isolators. The contract also includes the production of as installed drawings for the existing services. Once the works are complete, the model and drawings will be used by the client to assist with the facility management & design of an on-site extension to the manufacturing area.
